【摘要】 目的:探讨应用中药泡手对动静脉内瘘术围手术期的干预作用。方法:取自2008年1月—2009年10月期间本院42例血管条件差的终末期肾病患者进行内瘘术围手术期中药泡手。结果:术毕内瘘通畅率97.6%。有1例患者由于管腔极细,致手术失败,改采用人造血管建立动静脉内瘘。结论:中药泡手治疗有益于动静脉内瘘的吻合,提高动静脉内瘘的血流量,促进内瘘的成熟。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obejective :To evaluate the intervention of the herbal bath in hand for the perioperative of AVF operation.Method :42 case of poor blood vascular with end-stage renal failure in our hospital to soak hand in the herbal medicine(2008.1-2009.10).Result :The fistula patency rate after the operation was 97.6%,1 patient’s vascular cavity is stenosis,so that the operation failure,we created artifical vessel(A-V graft)in AVF.Conclusion :Soak hand in herbal medicine can improve the maturation of A-V fistula.It can promote the blood flow of A-V fistula.更多还原
