【摘要】 目的:明确针刺本于神时是否应该和如何做到因时制宜。方法:分析治疗时机和"本于神"的关系,探讨根据治疗时间而采用补泻和决定针刺的多少及次数,如何在诊疗过程中进行相应的调神。结果:"本于神"贯穿于针刺整个过程,在治疗时要选择合宜的治疗时机,或者根据不同的治疗时间(机)而选择相应的"本于神"方法。结论:针灸治疗过程中应根据不同时间或时机而进行相应的调神。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To clear whether and how to do right crop for right time of " Benyushen" in acupuncture.Methods:Analysis relationship of treatment timing and ben yu Shen,discuss the use of reinforcing and reducing techniques for needling and decision on the number and frequency of acupuncture according to treatment time,and how to adjust Shen during the process of treatment.Results:"Ben yu she" runs through the whole process of acupuncture.Appropriate time of treatment should be choosed in the treatment,or appropriate method of "Benyushen" should be choosed according to different treatment time.Conclusion:Adjustment of Shen in the process of acupuncture should be based on different time or opportunity.更多还原
