【摘要】 目的:探讨中医药防治化疗呕吐证的疗效。方法:将76例恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,在常规进行化疗期止吐治疗的基础上,治疗组采用中医益气降逆法组方的中药验方止吐散治疗。结果:治疗组III~IV级恶心呕吐发生率为39.47%,非常明显低于对照组76.32%(P<0.01),而且治疗组以5-羟色胺受体抑制剂治疗呕吐的使用率为53.33%,明显低于对照组的79.31%(P<0.05)。结论:中医药在防治化疗恶心呕吐证上有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss curative effect of Chinese medicine on prevention and treatment for chemotherapy-induced vomiting. Methods:76 patients with malignant tumor teated by chemotherapy were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. On the foundation of antiemesis treatment in the period of chemotherapy,Zhitu Powder based on prescription principle of boost qi and downbear counterflow was taken in treatment group. Result:The occurrence rate of grade III~IV nausea and vomiting in treatment group was 39.47%,which was significantly lower than the occurrence rate of 76.32% in control group(P<0.01). Usage rate of 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor inhibitor in order to relieve vomiting in treatment group was 53.53%,which was lower than the usage rate of 79.31% in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine could effectively prevent and treat chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.更多还原
