每管六涡扁长椭圆管换热板芯涡型布局实验研究

【摘要】 采用萘升华传质/传热比拟实验方法,研究了每管六涡扁长椭圆管管片式换热器换热板芯在固定的片间距和三角翼形涡发生器(WVG)翼高比条件下,4种不同涡发生器布局(VGC)的换热和阻力特性.在验证了实验的正确性与可信性的基础上,对实验结果的分析对比研究表明,各种VGC结构均具有较好的强化传热效果,但同时也使阻力系数大幅增加.利用面积最佳因子法进行的综合性能比较表明,在攻击角较小时,VGC1与VGC3综合性能较好;而当攻击角变大时,VGC3与VGC4结构较优.

【Abstract】 The experiment research using mass/heat transfer analogy of naphthalene sublimation method is performed on the heat transfer enhancement and pressure drop characteristics of test core of finned oblate oval tube heat exchangers in four different vortex generator configurations(VGC) with six wing-type vortex generators(WVG) per tube,which are fixed both in fin pitch and the ratio of height of WVG to fin pitch.Based on the verifying test of validity and reliability of experiment method,the comparison research on different VGC shows that all of them can enhance heat transfer notably but result in much larger pressure drop.The further comprehension comparison using area-optimum-factor method indicates that VGC1 and VGC3 possess the relatively better overall properties when attack angle is small,whereas VGC3 and VGC4 do when attack angle becomes larger.
