铁道车辆用油压减振器粘温特性的研究

【摘要】 对铁道车辆用油压减振器的阻尼特性理论进行分析,结合粘温关系特性和油压减振器的热平衡理论,建立油压减振器压缩、复原模型和车辆振动模型,然后用Matlab进行仿真研究,初步揭示温度对油压减振器特性的显著影响.结果表明:连续工作一段时间之后,油压减振器内部温度升高并逐渐趋于热平衡状态.随着油压减振器油液温度的升高,油液粘度逐渐减小,车体和转向架构架垂向振动速度明显增大,阻尼性能明显降低.

【Abstract】 The viscosity’s concept,classification and the relation of viscosity and temperature are introduced.Then the theories of damping characteristics of oil pressure damper are analyzed,and the model of compress,reversion and vibration of vehicle is established,combined with the relation of viscosity & temperature and the theories of thermal equilibrium.Finally,the research is simulated with Matlab,disclosing the apparent influence of temperature on the characteristic of oil pressure damper.It is found that the temperature in oil pressure damper hoists gradually to the thermal equilibrium condition after a continuous period of time.With the rise of oil’s temperature,the viscosity of oil drops off,then the vertical vibration velocity of the body of vehicle and the truck frame increases remarkably,so the damping characteristics of the oil pressure damper reduce.
