基于PLC的锅炉加药自动控制系统

【摘要】 为了实现发电厂锅炉给水pH值的自动控制,采用德国西门子公司生产的S7-200可编程控制器、台湾Advantech公司的ADAM工控机,选用上位机软件WinCC+西门子PLC的组合方案,将其与在线pH仪、联胺表、电导率仪和液位传感器相结合构成二级监控系统,保障在工业环境下可靠运行,应用WinCC+编制加氨、加联胺系统的动态显示界面;应用STEP-7Micro/Win软件编制程序,采用经改进的数字PID控制算法实现了锅炉给水配药、加药全自动控制过程.

【Abstract】 The S7-200 type PLC produced by Siemens Corp.in Germany and the ADAM industrial computer as controlled unit produced by Advantech corp.in Taiwan were adopted for realizing the automatic control of the water PH value in power plant boiler.The preceding switch software WinCC combinated with Siemens PLC was connected to PH meter,the hydrazine instrument,the electro conductibility and the liquid level sensor as a two-stages monitor and control system.The dynamic display interface of adding ammonia and hydrazine system were programmed in WinCC configuration software.The diagram was written in STEPT-7Micro/Win software,the improved digital PID control algorithm was adopted for realizing the auto-control process of the dosages and drugs adding of the boiler water supply system.
