浅淡21世纪高校图书馆人力资源管理
Discussion on University Library Human Resources Management in the 21st Century
【摘要】 21世纪高校图书馆的地位更加重要,对高校图书馆员也提出了更高的要求。揭示了高校图书馆人力资源和人力资源管理的涵义,分析了高校图书馆人力资源管理的现状,提出了高校图书馆人力资源管理应采取的几点措施。
【Abstract】 in the 21st Century,the position of university libraries has become more important.The paper has analyzed the sta-tus of university library human resource management put forward measures for human resources management.
