【Abstract】 This paper stars with the management process of the university library volunteers,and analyses the management organization,recruit and selection,training and instruction,achievements appraisal,incentive mechanism,and termination relation,then puts forward the management principles,such as coordination management,incention management,dynamic alignment and ductility.In the end,the paper suggests the volunteers management methods,namely contract management,integral management,humanities concern and information security.更多还原
