【Abstract】 "Agriculture,Country,Farmer" issue is the basic problem in our society.As the disseminator and introducer of agriculture technology information,these days,agricultural periodicals need to be scanned again on how should we do in the service procedure of the "Agriculture,Rural areas,Farmers" issue.By reasonable choice realizing dynamic,partial periodicals handling goal,and establishing presenting the past periodicals and "agriculture numeric magazine group" to realize maximum of modern agriculture technology information and also the free scanning of agricultural periodicals,meanwhile,by industrialization management,implementing both social advantages and economical benefits,the "Agriculture,Rural areas,Farmers" issue can be well served by agricultural magazines through system innovation.更多还原
