多发性硬化患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1水平动态检测
Detection of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 in serum of patients with multiple selerosis
【摘要】 目的探讨单核细胞趋化蛋白-1与多发性硬化的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)动态检测44例不同分型的多发性硬化患者(MS组)和42例健康对照组(NC组)血清中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平。结果 MS组急性期患者血清MCP-1含量明显低于稳定期和健康对照组(P<0.05);重型患者血清MCP-1含量明显低于轻型(P<0.05);MS组稳定期患者血清MCP-1含量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经甲基强的松龙冲击治疗后MS患者血清MCP-1含量明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 MCP-1可能参与了MS的免疫过程,血清MCP-1浓度可作为观察MS患者病情及判断治疗效果的可靠指标;甲基强的松龙冲击治疗的部分机制可能和调节免疫功能以及MCP-1等细胞因子平衡有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)in serum and multiple sclerosis(MS).Methods The levels of MCP-1were detected by ELISA in 44 MS patients and 42 normal controls(NC).Results The levels of MCP-1in MS during acute episode were significantly lower than that in stable phase and NC group(P<0.05);while there were no significantly differences between NC group and MS during stable phase(P>0.05).The levels of MCP-1 in MS of gravis type were significantly lower than that in MS of mild type.The levels of MCP-1 in MCP-1 in MS obviously increased after the treatment of methylprednisolone(MP)(P<0.05).Conclusion MCP-1 is involved in the process of MS pathogenesis.The level of MCP-1 is a reliable parameter in evaluating the disabiities in MS.The mechanism of MP therapy be party due to the balancing effect on the cytokine network.
