【摘要】 目的观察复方乳酸钠山梨醇注射液治疗急性动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择急性脑梗死60例患者,随机分为复方乳酸钠山梨醇注射液治疗组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗(抗血小板、抗凝及营养脑神经细胞等);治疗组在对照组的治疗方案基础上加用复方乳酸钠山梨醇注射液,14天为一疗程。于治疗前、后进行神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、日常生活能力评分(ADL量表)评定,判断疗效。各组患者适当给予降压治疗,使血压维持130～150/85～95mmHg之间。结果治疗组患者NIHSS评分、ADL评分均明显改善(P<0.05),无不良反应发生;两组间显效率、总有效率相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论复方乳酸钠山梨醇注射液治疗急性动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死,安全且疗效显著,可广泛用于临床。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of the compound sodium lactate and sorbitol injection in treating patients with acute atherosclerosis cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.Routine treatment was given to the control group(antiplatelet、anticoagulant therapy and cerebral nerve nutritional therapy,etc).The treatment group was additionally given the compound sodium lactate and sorbitol injection for fourteen days.All patients were evaluated by NIHSS and ADL scores pretherapy and post-treatment to assess the therapeutic efficacy.Results The NIHSS and ADL scores of patients in treatment group were obviously improved(P<0.05)with no adverse effect.There was significant difference in excellence and total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion For treating acute atherosclerosis cerebral infarction,the compound sodium lactate and sorbitol injection was safe and effective for general use in clinic.更多还原
