【Abstract】 A all-length cDNA of LlMDHAR gene was cloned from Lilium longiflorum cv.’White Heaven’ by RACE.The gene consisted of 1 502 bp encoding a protein of 434 amino acids.The sequencing indicated that the LlMDHAR gene shared highly homology with other plants.RT-PCR analysis showed that expression of LlMDHAR gene could be detected in the root,bulb and leaf,and the relative high expression occurred in the root and leaf.Under H2O2 stress,the expression of LlMDHAR gene was increased with the raising of H2O2 concentration.更多还原
