【摘要】 通过研究中国树莓产业发展现状,分析了在当前规模化快速发展的进程中存在的主要问题,包括政府重视程度和扶持力度不够、种植和加工领域科技水平相对滞后、资金投入不足、缺乏与国际市场接轨的产品质量行业标准、生产经营者缺乏贸易协调平台、信息资源不对称导致销售市场不稳定、小农经济的局限性、树莓深加工环节较为薄弱等;相应提出选择适合本地生产的树莓优良品种、重视产品质量和销售市场、加大政府扶持力度、建立产业发展的协作体系、制定优惠政策吸引国内加工巨头投资、加大科技研发力度、控制农业产业风险等对策。最后,对中国树莓产业发展前景进行了展望,预期具有较大的市场空间和广阔的发展前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 By studying the current situation of Chinese raspberry industry,we analyzed the main problems in raspberry industry with the current large-scale rapid development,including the lack of attention and support of the government,relatively behind scientific and technological level in cultivation and processing,less capital investment,lack of industry standard to product quality of international markets and coordination platforms of trade among production operators,production and management,selling market instability caused by asymmetry information resources,the limitations of small peasant economy,weakness of raspberry deep processing,etc.Accordingly,the some countermeasures were proposed as follows: choose the adaptive regional raspberry varieties;Attach importance to product quality and selling markets,increase government support and set up a cooperative system of industrial development;make preferential policies to attract investment of domestic processing giant,strengthen scientific and technological research,control agriculture risks,and so on.Finally,we discussed the raspberry industry prospect in China and expected it would have a larger market space and broad development prospect.更多还原
