【摘要】 在介绍农村全面小康内涵的基础上,通过设置评价指标体系,以甘肃省安定区为例,利用实地调查资料及统计资料,从经济发展、生活质量、社会进步与科教、生态与人居环境4个方面,评价了西部退耕还林工程对农村建设全面小康社会的影响。同时,根据工程实施中存在的问题,提出了巩固退耕还林成果,建设农村全面小康社会的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Base on the connotation of rural overall well-off society, by building the index system, taking Anding District in Gansu Province as an example, using field investigation material and the statistical data, the thesis analyzed the impacts of the Conversing Cropland to Forestland Project upon building rural overall well-off society in the Western China.According to the questions exists in the project, it put forward corresponding countermeasures to sustain the success of the project and build overall well-off society in countryside.更多还原
