林业减缓气候变化的国际进程、政策机制及对策研究
Research on the International Processes, Policy Mechanisms and Countermeasures of Forestry Mitigation of Climate Change
【摘要】 全球气候变化已是不争的事实,引起了世界各国的高度重视。通过林业措施应对气候变化,已成为国内外的共同行动。回顾总结林业应对气候变化的国际进程,介绍了主要国家应对气候变化采取的林业行动,提出了我国林业应对气候变化的政策建议。
【Abstract】 Global climate change is an indisputable fact that has aroused world attention.Through forestry measures to cope with climate change has become a common action at home and abroad.The paper review and sum up the international process of forest response to climate change, introduce the action taken by the main countries respond to climate change, and put forward the suggestions of China’s response to climate change.
