空调空气冷却器间断型翅片和平翅片的传热效果对比

【摘要】 以空气冷却器为研究对象,采用Ansys有限元分析软件,选用合适的传热模型和边界条件,模拟了翅片表面的温度场和速度场。模拟及试验结果表明,与平翅片的空气冷却器相比,由于间断型翅片的速度场与温度梯度协同性好,强化了空气侧换热,并且空气侧传热因子的增长率高于阻力系数的增长率,应用在空调工程中可以起到了节能作用。

【Abstract】 In this paper,utilizing the Ansys soft of the finite element analysis,the heat transfer model and boundary conditions were chosen to simulate both the temperature field and the velocity field on the fin surfaces of air cooling coil.Based on the field synergy principle for convective heat,the mechanisation were analysed on the intermittent fin reinforcement convective heat transfer in air side because of the synergy both the velocity profile and the temperature gradient.It was indicated by simulation and experiment that the growth rate of the heat transfer characteristics is superior to the flow friction characteristics in heat exchanger air side.Therefore,the utilization of the intermittent fin heat exchanger is energy conservation in air-conditioning engineering.
