纤维素酶法提取鱼腥草总黄酮工艺

【摘要】 鱼腥草为药食两用植物,含有大量的黄酮类化合物,本文研究了用纤维素酶法提取鱼腥草总黄酮的工艺条件,鱼腥草原料经纤维素酶预处理后浸提,总黄酮得率可达到8.182%。其酶解的最佳条件为:料液中酶的质量浓度为0.2mg/mL,酶解温度45℃,酶解pH=5.0,酶解时间90min。实验结果表明:该方法明显提高鱼腥草总黄酮得率。

【Abstract】 Houttuynia cordata Thunb is a plant of Chinese traditional medicine that it is often both food and drug.There are plenty of flavones in it.An extraction technology of flavones from Houttuynia cordata Thunb was studied in this paper.When the crude was pretreated with the cellulase before extraction,the extraction rate of total flavones was up to 81.82 mg/g.The optimum extraction conditions were as following:concentration of enzyme in the liquor is 0.2 mg/mL,enzymatic treatment temperature 45 ℃,enzymatic treatment time 90 min,pH=5.0.The extraction rate of total flavones was improved significantly.
