玉米秸秆调质装置的试验
Design and Test on Corn Stalk Conditioning Equipment
【摘要】 为便于玉米秸秆的快速干燥回收,需对摘穗后的玉米秸秆进行压裂、破节等调质处理。本文通过对背负式玉米收获机的结构分析,确定了与其配套的调质装置,并以玉米秸秆含水率变化为试验指标,以调质辊间隙和调质辊转速为试验因素进行了双因素试验,找出最优参数组合,为玉米收获机械扩展秸秆调质功能提供了参考依据。
【Abstract】 In order to recycle the dry corn stalks rapidly,conditioning like fracturing and laceration on corn stalks need to be finished after picking corn ears.In this paper,analysis of the backpack corn harvester structure has been made to determine the conditioning equipment with its supporting equipment.By using the changes in water content of corn straw as pilot indicators,and the gap of condition rolls and roll speed as test factors to do a double-factor test,the optimal parameter combination is found out.This can be an accordance for extending stalk conditioning function on the corn harvester.
