【摘要】 目的:探讨更好的显示胰腺组织块H.E加快染色速度的有效方法。方法:快速的胰腺组织块H.E染色法显示胰岛细胞并与常规苏木精-伊红染色法以及Mallory三色染色法比较。结果:胰腺细胞显示效果良好,微波辐射明显促进了组织块染色。结论:组织块使用微波辐射促进胰腺组织H.E染色,是显示胰腺的良好方法,且简便可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improre the HE staining for better displaying the pancreas blocks and faster dyeing rate.Methods: A rapid method of HE staining to display pancreatic islet cells was compared with conventional hematoxylin and eosin staining and Mallory three-color staining Results: The pancreatic cells were demon-strated with good effect.The microwave radiation promoted the organization block staining obviously.Conclu-sions: Microwave radiation could promote HE staining effect of pancreatic organization.It was a simple and fea-sible method to display pancreas well.更多还原
