【摘要】 目的:观察复方氟米松乳膏及复方利多卡因乳膏联合治疗慢性湿疹的疗效及其安全性。方法:将120例门诊慢性湿疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组为复方氟米松乳膏联合复方利多卡因乳膏,对照组为院内制剂皮康酊联合去炎松尿素霜,4周为1疗程。结果:治疗组有效率为85.00%,痊愈率为56.67%,对照组有效率为58.33%,痊愈率为41.67%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组无1例发生不良反应。结论:复方氟米松乳膏联合复方利多卡因乳膏治疗慢性湿疹安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Compound Flumetasone Ointment in combi-nation with Compound Lidocaine Cream in the treatment of Chronic Eczema.Methods:120 patients were divided randomly into test group and control group.The test group was treated with Compound Flumetasone Ointment combined with Compound Lidocaine Cream for external using.The control group was treated with Pikang tinc-ture and Triamcinolone Urea cream for external using.The course of treatment were all four weeks in two groups.Results:At the end of study,the overall cure rates and the response rates of the test group vs the control group were 56.67% vs 41.67%,85.00% vs 58.33%.There were statistically significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).No serious side-effect happened in two groups.Conclusion:Compound Flumetasone Ointment combined with Compound Lidocaine Cream is effective and well-tolerated in the treatment of Chronic Eczema.更多还原
