工业压缩空气系统优化潜力研究
Study on Optimization Potential of Industrial Compressed Air System
【摘要】 在介绍压缩空气系统的全生命周期成本的基础上,应用测试系统对不同类型工厂压缩空气系统进行了流量、空压机输入功率和压力测试,对压缩空气系统的不正确使用、系统控制和泄露等方面的优化潜力进行了深入研究和分析。通过对50个系统的分析数据进行统计,平均节能潜力为13.2%,证明了系统全面测试分析对于正确选择压缩空气系统的优化技术的重要性。
【Abstract】 Based on Life Cycle Cost(LCC) analysis of compressed air system,system performance measurements including system flow,compressor power and pressure are done in different types of plants,and compressed air system optimization potentials,such as inappropriate use of compressed air,system control problems and leaks,etc.,are illustrated and studied.According to the statistics data of 50 systems,the average data of energy conservation potential is 13.2%,which approves the importance of overall measurement and analysis to select correct optimization techniques.
