【摘要】 介绍7.00R1612PR全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径776mm,断面宽202mm,行驶面宽度148mm,弧度高8mm,胎圈着合直径404mm,胎圈着合宽度152mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.11,胎面花纹采用变节距设计,花纹深度11mm,花纹周节数50。施工设计:胎面采用热喂料、冷喂料双复合挤出,胎体采用3×0.22+9×0.20HT新型钢丝帘线,带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,六角形钢丝圈采用Φ1.65mm钢丝,采用两鼓一次法成型机成型、B型双模定型罐式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能和耐久性能等均达到国家标准要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The design of 7.00R16 12PR all-steel LT radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 776 mm,cross-sectional width 202 mm,width of running surface 148 mm,running surface arc height 8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 404 mm,bead width at rim seat 152 mm,cross-sectional level ratio 1.11,changed pattern pitch for tread pattern,pattern depth 11 mm,number of pattern pitch 50;in construction design,the following processes were taken:cold compound and hot compound coextruded tread,new 3×0.22+9×0.20HT steel cord for carcass,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for belt,Φ1.65 mm steel cord for hexagonal bead ring,and using the double-drum single-stage building machine to build tires and the B-type double mode pot press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the overall dimension,the strength performance,the high speed performance and the endurance reached the requirements of design and national standards.更多还原
