纳米碳酸钙在载重斜交轮胎内层帘布胶中的应用
Application of nano-calcium carbonate in inner carcass ply compound of truck bias tire
【摘要】 试验研究纳米碳酸钙在载重斜交轮胎内层帘布胶中的应用。结果表明,5份纳米碳酸钙用于载重斜交轮胎内层帘布胶配方,硫化胶的工艺性能变化较小,拉伸性能和撕裂性能较好,其它性能变化不大;成品轮胎的物理和耐久性能略微提高,每千克胶料成本可降低0.36元。
【Abstract】 The application of nano-calcium carbonate in inner carcass ply compound of truck bias tire was investigated.The results showed that,by using 5 phr nano-calcium carbonate in inner carcass ply compound,the processing property of vulcanizate changed slightly,better tensile properties and tear strength were obtained,and other properties changed a little;the physical properties and the endurance performance of finished tire were slightly improved,and the cost of the compound was reduced by 0.36 yuan·kg-1.
