【摘要】 介绍28L-26 14PR低断面深花纹农业轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1595mm,断面宽724mm,行驶面宽度680mm,胎圈着合直径663mm,花纹深度89mm,花纹饱和度16.5%,采用R-2型人字花纹设计。施工设计:胎面采用两方五块结构;胎体采用4层1400dtex/2V1和2层1400dtex/2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布;采用半芯轮式成型机成型,胶囊硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸、物理性能和帘线性能均符合相应标准要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 A design of 28L-26 14PR low profile agricultural tire with deep tread pattern was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 595 mm,cross sectional width 724 mm,width of running surface 680 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 663 mm,pattern depth 89 mm,block/groove ratio 16.5%,with the design of R-2 chevron pattern block.In construction design,the following processes were taken:two-formula and five-piece extruded tread,4 layers of 1400dtex/2V1 and 2 layers of 1400dtex/2V2 nylon 6 cord for carcass ply,2 layers of 930dtex/2V3 nylon 6 cord for breaker ply;using semi-flat building machine to build tire,and using capsule vulcanizer to cure tires.The inflated overall dimension,physical properties and cord property of finished tire met the requirements in the relative standards.更多还原
