【Abstract】 Solanine was extracted from potato pulp in different fermentation periods by alcohol-acetic acid method and the changes of solanine content were studied through detection of its content in production of feeds from potato pulp by solid state fermentation with multiple-strains.The results showed that the solanine content trended to degression along with prolongation of fermentation time and its content was reduced from 0.047 4 mg/(100 g) in previous period of fermentation to 0 after fermentation for 96 h.更多还原
