降低斗式提升机玉米破碎率的实践

【摘要】 针对斗式提升机在粮食输送过程中存在着破碎率高的问题,对机头、机座、溜管、分料器进行了改进,改进后玉米的输送量增加了13 t/h,比改进前提高了34%;破碎率增加值减少了21个百分点,比改进前降低了22%;耗电量减少了0.101 kW.h/t,比改进前降低了26%。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of high crashing ratio in bucket elevator in grain conveying,the head section,boot section,spout and material distributor were improved.After improvement,the corn conveying capacity was increased by 13 t/h,i.e.by 34% in comparison with that before improvement;the crashing ratio of added value was decreased by 21 percentage points,i.e.by 22% in comparison with that before improvement;the power consumption was decreased by 0.101 kW·h/t,i.e.by 26% in comparison with that before improvement.
