【摘要】 目的:探讨中药抗病毒胶囊对小鼠TLR9的影响。方法:提前给小鼠喂食中药抗病毒胶囊7天,在小鼠阴道攻击致死量的HSV-2,在攻击病毒12小时和7天后各取小鼠外周血检测TLR9,结果:中药提前喂食小鼠可以增加TLR9的含量。结论:中药抗病毒胶囊对小鼠感染HSV-2后TLR9表达有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study therapeutic mechanism of antivirus capsule on innate immune response by detecting the expressions of TLR9. Methods:We pre-treated mice with TCM antivirus capsule for 7 days, and inoculated HSV-2 via mice vagina. The expression level of TLR9 was detected 12 hours and seven days post-inoculation, The expression levels of TLR9 was determined by testing peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).Results: Serum level of TLR9 was increased after administration of the TCM antivirus capsule, compared with pre-treatment status. Conclusion:The TCM antivirus capsule can increase serum expression level of TLR9 in mice infected with HSV-2.更多还原
