连铸用铝碳滑板的热应力仿真分析
Simulation analysis on thermal stress field of Al2O3-C slide plate for continuous casting
【摘要】 使用ANSYS等有限元分析软件,针对钢带缩短量、滑板面压、紧固件强制位移等不同因素,通过施加适当的初始条件和边界条件,计算连铸用滑板在预热过程中的稳态热应力场及浇钢过程中的瞬态热应力场。并对不同因素影响下的热应力场结果进行比较,为改进实际生产中滑板的安装及使用方法提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 The static thermal stress field during preheating and the transient thermal stress field during liquid steel pour of slide plate for continuous casting were simulated using ANSYS finite element analysis software,aiming at different factors,such as the shrinkage length of steel band,the pressure on slide plate surface,forced displacement of fasteners,by creating appropriate initial conditions and boundary conditions.The thermal stress field impacted by different factors were compared in order to provide theoretical basis to improve the installation and using method of the slide plate in actual production process.
