【摘要】 目的:评价成人COPD-QOL量表在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的信度和效度。方法:选取2008年1月—2008年10月河南中医学院第一附属医院呼吸科收治的COPD稳定期病人108例进行成人COPD-QOL量表问卷调查,以Cronbach’α、Guttman分半系数和重测系数观察信度;以内容效度和结构效度评价量表效度;以应答率测量可行性。结果:成人COPD-QOL量表的Cronbach’α系数0.95、Guttman分半系数0.85,日常生活能力、社会活动状况、抑郁、焦虑的Cronbach’α系数分别为0.92、0.83、0.91、0.84;量表及4个领域重测系数分别为:0.93、0.82、0.83、0.71、0.73;量表各领域与其所包含的条目相关系数绝对值在0.54～0.84,根据特征根大小提取7个公因子;有效应答率90.0%。结论:成人COPD-QOL量表在COPD稳定期的应用具有良好的信度和较好的内容效度,结构效度一般。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of adult COPD quality of life scale of the stable patients with COPD. Methods:This study chooses 108 stable patients with COPD from January of 200 8 to October of 2008.All subjects come from No 1 affiliated hospital of Hean College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The Cronbach’α coefficient,Guttman Splithalf coefficient and re-test reliability are used as the index to reflect the re liability of the scale.The conten validity and the construct validity are used tpevaluate the validity of the sacle.The responsiveness is used to evaluated the feasibility. Results:The Cronbach’α coefficinent and Guttman split-half coefficinent of the adult COPD quality of life scale respective is 0.92 and 0.85.The Cronbach’ α coefficinent of the four domains respective are 0.92(activity of daily living),0.83(social activities conditionl),0.91(depression) and0.84(anxiety) for quality of life.The test-retest reliability coefficient of the scale and four domain s respective are 0.93(scale,)0.82(activity of daily living),0.83(social activiti es conditionl),0.71(depression) and0.73(anxiety) for quality of life.The correl ation coefficient between the four domains and it’s tiems are within 0.54-0.84. The factor analysis of the sacle extract eight common factors.The valid response rate of the scale is 90.0%. Conclusion:The adult COPD quality of life scale has better reliability and g ood content validity and common construct validity for the stable patients of COPD.更多还原
