【摘要】 目的:观察交感型颈椎病同时伴有寰枢关节半脱位的临床疗效,并探讨其相关性及治疗机制。方法:在58例住院交感型颈椎病中,选择同时伴有寰枢关节半脱位的患者20例,作为研究分析对象,并且给予电脑中频、中药热敷、牵引、推拿治疗;其中5例因疗效欠佳给予小针刀治疗。结果:治疗后均给予枕寰枢关节CT+三维重建复查,寰枢关节半脱位完全复位16例,其中优13例,良2例,有效1例,无效0例;寰枢关节半脱位未复位4例,其中优3例,良1例,有效0例,无效0例。结论:当寰枢关节半脱位是交感型颈椎病的一个重要病因时,纠正寰枢关节半脱位,对交感型颈椎病有良好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of sympathetic cervical spondylosis accompanied with atlantoaxial subluxation and to explore theirs correlation and therapeutic mechanism.Methods:In the all 58 inpatients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis,20 cases of lantoaxial subluxation were involved and were treated by computer IF,Chinese medicine fomentation,traction,massage.5 of them were further treated by small needle scalpel due to the poor therapy effects.Results:All the patients were rechecked by occipital atlantoaxial joint CT and its three-dimensional reconstruction after treatment.The results showed 16 cases of atlantoaxial subluxation were completely reseted.In these 16 patients,13 patients healed excellent,2 patients improved partially,1 patients turned resultful,nobody had poor outcome.Another 4 cases of atlantoaxial subluxation showed that joint disorder continued.In these 4 patients,3 patients healed excellent,1 patients improved partially,nobody turned resultful and had poor outcome.Conclusion:When atlantoaxial subluxation plays as an important cause of sympathetic cervical spondylosis,to correct atlantoaxial joint’s disorder can bring favorable clinical effect to the patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis.更多还原
