【摘要】 目的:比较眼针划区埋线和旋覆代赭汤治疗顽固性呃逆(IH)的疗效。方法:43例IH患者以随机数字表法分为眼针划区组(治疗组)23例和旋覆代赭汤组(对照组)20例,治疗组在眼针划区脾、胃、肝、胆、中焦、上焦(1眼/1次)等穴区埋线治疗1～2次,对照组煎服旋覆代赭汤2～4日,然后分别疗效评定并加以统计分析。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:眼针划区埋线治疗顽固性呃逆疗效优于旋覆代赭汤治疗,且方法简单、易于掌握和推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Curative effect comparison of catgut-embedding in the ocular acupuncture areae and Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction treatment of intractable hicup(IH)Methods:43 cases of IH patients were randomly divided into ocular acupuncture areae group (treatment group,23 cases) and Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction group (control group,20 cases ).In the treatment group,ocular acupuncture areae such as spleen,stomach,liver,gallbladder,middle energizer,upper energizer,etc.(1 eye/time) were catgut-embedded 1~2 times; And in the control group,Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction was taken orally for 2~4 days; Then the efficacy was assessed respectively and analysed statistically.Results:Curative effect of treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of IH,the efficacy of catgut-embeddidg in the ocular acupuncture areae was superior to that of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction treatment,and the method was simple,easy to be grasped and applied popularly.更多还原
