【摘要】 目的:验证急性痔病从湿论治的疗效。方法:急性痔病80例随机分为治疗组40例、对照组40例,对比治疗前后临床症状与体征的积分变化以判断两组治疗效果、评估制剂临床运用的安全性。结果:两组治疗前后症状体征积分配对t检验差异显著(P<0.01);组间比较:两组间水肿疼痛及渗出瘙痒治疗前后积分差值对比有显著差异(P<0.01、P<0.05),两组总有效率无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗组控显率显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:消炎止痛膏能短时间内显著改善急性痔病症状与体征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Verify the effect of acute Hemorrhoid treatment from wet.Methods:80 cases of acute Hemorrhoid were randomly divided into 40 cases of the treatment group,40 cases of the control group,compared with the treatment of clinical symptoms and signs before and after the change points to determine the effect of two groups of treatment and assess the clinical use of security.Results:Signs and symptoms before and after treatment were paired t test points significantly different(P<0.01);Comparison among groups:Between the two groups,the score difference of edema,pain,exudation and itching before and after treatment were significantly different compared (P<0.01,P<0.05),the total effective rate were not significantly different(P>0.05),significant effect rate of treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Anti-inflammatory analgesic plaster a short period of time can significantly improve symptoms and signs of acute Hemorrhoid.更多还原
