【摘要】 目的:探讨步长脑心通治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:120例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分两组,治疗组60例(常规药物治疗加步长脑心通治疗),对照组60例(常规药物治疗)。主要观察心绞痛缓解率、心电图改变程度、血脂、血液流变学指标改变情况。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组症状改善总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组心电图心肌缺血改善总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组TC、LDL-c较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组血液流变学指标较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:步长脑心通治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Buchangnaoxintong capsule in treating unstable angina.Methods:120 cases with unstable angina were randomly divided into 2 groups which the treatment group 60 cases(routine western medicine adding Buchangnaoxintong capsule)and the matched control group 60 cases(routine western medicine).To observe the change of effective rate of myocardial angina、ST segment improving degree in ECG、Blood lipid and Hemorrheology.Results:After 4 weeks,The treatment group was more effctive than the control group in improving effective rate of myocardial angina(P<0.05),ST segment improving degree in ECG(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,low-density-cholesterol(P<0.05)and Hemorrheology(P<0.05)were lower significantly.Conclusion:The effect of Buchangnaoxintong capsule in treating unstable angina were significantly.更多还原
