【摘要】 目的总结腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术的手术经验。方法对2006年4月～2008年12月我科36例急性消化性溃疡穿孔患者采用腹腔镜修补进行回顾性分析。结果 36例中十二指肠球部溃疡穿孔30例,胃窦部溃疡穿孔6例,穿孔直径0.5～1.1 cm,手术时间30～185min,平均75 min,手术均在腹腔镜下完成。1例术后发现穿孔闭合不良,经保守治疗治愈。其余35例术后恢复顺利,住院时间6～9 d,术后无切口感染、腹腔脓肿、肠粘连等并发症。结论腹腔镜手术治疗消化性溃疡穿孔,只要具备成熟技术,与开腹手术同样安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the surgical experience of laparoscopic repair for perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer.Methods From April 2006 to December 2008,36 patients underwent laparoscopic repair of perforated peptic ulcers.Results 30 patients were suffered from perforated duodenal bulbar ulcer,and 6 patients were suffered from perforated gastric antral ulcer.The diameter of the perforation was 0.5～1.1 cm,the operative time was 30～185 min,the average operative time were 75 min,all operations were completed by laparoscope.35 patients got well successfully after operations,hospitalization time was 6～9 days,and no complications such as incision infection, abdominal bscess,intestinal adhesion were found after operation,but 1 case of perforation was unclosed after operation and via conservative treatment,the patient was cured.The postoperative recovery was smooth in other 35 cases.Conclusions Laparoscopic repair of perforated peptic ulcers is as safe and effective as the open repair as long as the operator has mature technique.更多还原
