基于S3C2410A的高温测量系统的研究
Research-based on S3C2410A of high temperature measurement system
【摘要】 制作了掺铒硅酸盐玻璃高温传感器样品.分析了高温传感器样品中三价铒离子两条绿上转换光致发光谱荧光强度比R与绝对温度T的关系,设计了基于S3C2410A的高温测量系统.研究结果表明,该系统可以应用在低于698K的温度测量.
【Abstract】 The preparation process of Er3+-doped silicate glass was presented.In the temperature range of 298~698 K,the relationship between the Absolute temperature T and the fluorescence intensity ratio R of two green up-conversion photoluminescence spectra emitting from the trivalence erbium ions doped in the silicate substrate was discussed and fitted to the analytic function of R=1.782×exp(-328/T).The sensitivity of the sample descends monotonously from 0.002 19 K-1 to 0.000 75 K-1 when the temperature rises from 298 K to 698 K.The results show that the Er3+-doped silicate glass could be used as a high sensitivity sensor and play a major role in temperature measurement below 698 K.
