【Abstract】 The implementation of regulations,standards,and methods of collection for tuition and dormitory fees at institutions of higher education is a focus of concern for society.To this end,the government has issued a series of policies standardizing the regulations for the collection of higher education fees.The cry that higher education institutions collect tuition and fees randomly and fee standards are too high remains strong.With this current situation in mind,this thesis makes several proposals for the collection of higher education fees.更多还原
