【摘要】 迄今为止全世界收集到的高粱种质资源168500份,其中国际热带半干旱地区作物研究所有36774份,占总数的21.8%,美国42221份,占25.1%,印度20812份,占12.4,中国12836份,占7.6%,其他国家55857份,占33.1%。各国对高粱种质资源的遗传多样性进行了广泛研究,对各种性状做了鉴定,从中筛选出具有优良农艺性状、品质性状、抗性性状的资源,提供给高粱遗传改良利用,取得了最新的研究进展。建立核心种质对种质资源的保存、维护和利用是一种经济、实用和有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sorghum[S.bicolor(L.) Moench] germplasm collections Consist of approximately 168 500 accessions in the world.36 774 accessions are held at ICRISAT,it amounts to 21.8% of global total.42 221 accessions are held in USA,it amounts to 25.1% of global total.20 812 accessions are held in India,it amounts to 12.4% of global total.12 836 accessions are held in China,it amounts to 7.6% of global total.55 857 accessions in other countries,it amounts to 33.1% of global total.ICRISAT and major countries are based on collection,documentation,evaluated to genetic diversity and characters,and screened out a lot of germplasm resources that have superior agronomic,qualitative,resistive traits.It satisfies the needs of sorghum genetic improvement.The research has made the newest progress.Setting up the core collection is an economical,practical and effective method for conservation,maintenance and utilization of the germplasm.更多还原
