槭菌刺孢发酵产红色素培养基及发酵条件的优化
Optimization of Culture Medium and Fermentation Conditions for Red Pigment from Mycocentrospore Acerina
【摘要】 采用单因子试验和正交试验,对菌株槭菌刺孢(Mycocentrospore acerina)的发酵培养基进行优化,得到最佳发酵培养基配方为:蔗糖6%,黄豆粉2.26%,(NH4)2SO40.16%,CaCO30.45%,NaCl 0.19%;最佳发酵条件为20℃,100r/min,起始pH值为7.0,在250mL的三角瓶中加入优化发酵培养基50mL,发酵培养240h;在发酵过程中,不必补加各成分,其原始培养基成分已足够整个发酵过程中产色素的需要.
【Abstract】 Culture medium and fermentation conditions for Mycocentrospore acerina were optimized with Single factor and orthogonal test.The best medium recipe was found with 6%Sucrose,2.26% soy flour,0.16%(NH4) 2SO4,0.45%CaCO3,0.19%NaCl;The optimal fermentation conditions were as follows:adding 50mL of medium(pH7.0) in 250mL triangle bottle under orbital shaking at 100r/min for 240h at 20 ℃.During the fermentation process,the original cultural medium can supply all necessary elements without adding other supplements.
