【Abstract】 By the end of the period of the twelfth Five-year Plan,efforts should be exerted in eliminating the deep structural factors restricting the developmental method transformation and building institutional mechanism to support the scientific development.Significant achievements should be made in implementing the four strategies in improving the social security system,enhancing the competitiveness of high-tech industry,speeding up the process of urbanization and energy saving and emission reduction,dealing with climate change and other aspects.At the same time,policies should be bettered in reforming the resources and factor price,social regulation,basic security and public services,state-owned enterprises and monopolized fields,promoting technological innovation and guiding reasonable consumption.更多还原
