【摘要】 对浦城县普遍栽培的两个丹桂品种浦城丹桂(Osmanthus fragrans‘Puchengdan’)和小叶丹桂(O.fragrans‘Xiaoyedangui’)的营养成分进行了初步研究。两个品种水分、灰分、蛋白质、脂肪、总糖、粗纤维含量分别为853.5、57.8、15.5、29.0、99.4、140.1 g/kg和864.3、17.6、52.2、27.1、98.1、127.6 g/kg;小叶丹桂K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn含量高,分别为18 500、1 890、1 250、10.6、55.2μg/g,浦城丹桂Fe、Mn的含量极高,分别为75 500μg/g和260~340μg/g;两个丹桂品种17种氨基酸总量分别为138.2 g/kg和135.2 g/kg,接近金桂和银桂含量。综合结果表明,这两个丹桂品种花均含有较高的营养价值,具有很大的开发潜力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nutritional components of Osmanthus fragrans ’Puchengdan’ and O.fragrans ’Xiaoyedangui’ were studied in this paper.The results showed that the content of water,ash,protein,fat,total sugar and crude fiber in the flowers of two cultivars was 853.5 g/kg,57.8 g/kg,15.5 g/kg,29.0 g/kg,99.4 g/kg,140.1 g/kg and 864.3 g/kg,17.6 g/kg,52.2 g/kg,27.1 g/kg,98.1 g/kg,127.6 g/kg,respectively.O.fragrans ’Xiaoyedangui’ was rich in K,Ca,Mg,Cu and Zn and the content was 18 500 ug/g,1 890 ug/g,1 250 ug/g,10.6 ug/g and 55.2 ug/g respectively,while O.fragrans ’Puchengdan’ was rich in Fe and Mn and the content was 75 500 ug/g and 260~340 ug/g respectively.The content of 17 amino acids in two cultivars was 138.2 g/kg and 135.2 g/kg respectively.This indicated that the two cultivars were worth to be explored and utilized.更多还原
