苯胁迫下冬青属植物叶片细胞ATPase活性动态变化
Ultrastracture dynamics of ATPase activity in leaf cells of two Ilexs under high benzene stress
【摘要】 以冬青和大别山冬青为材料,经高浓度苯胁迫处理后,用透射电子显微镜观察叶片细胞ATPase超微结构的动态变化。结果表明:在高浓度苯胁迫下,冬青和大别山冬青细胞质膜、细胞核、细胞间隙上ATPase活性明显提高,其中大别山冬青ATPase活性提高明显,尤其是液泡膜和叶绿体膜上ATPase活性。这表明大别山冬青对苯气体胁迫具有较强的抗性,冬青对苯气体胁迫的抗性较差。
【Abstract】 The ultrastracture dynamic changes of ATPase activty in the leaves of three-year-old Ilexs(Ilex chinensis,and I.dabeishannensis) seedlings under high benzene stress were studied by the transmission electron microscope.The results showed that benzene stress could improve the ATPase activty of plasmolemma,nuclear envelope and intercellular space for two IIexs,especially for I.dabeishannensis.The ATPase activty of vacuolar membrane and chloroplast membrane was increased more than that of other organelles.This indicated that I.dabeishannensis was stronger than Ilex chinensis in resisting benzene stress.
