银叶树扦插繁殖技术
Cutting Propagation Technology for Leucadendron salicifolium
【摘要】 通过对山龙眼科银叶树扦插条件中不同预处理溶液及浓度、不同土壤基质、不同激素及浓度的处理对应的生根情况的研究,得出不同处理对银叶树扦插生根率有显著影响。基质采用:珍珠岩或蛭石+泥炭,激素用500 mg/L或800 mg/L NAA的生根效果最好。预处理之间效果不显著,但都较对照显著,可认为70%乙醇、0.5%高锰酸钾、800倍多菌灵都可作为预处理溶液,500 mg/L或800 mg/L NAA有同样好的生根效果。研究对作为具有良好插花配叶品质的银叶树引种和本地特有种的资源保护和繁殖有实际意义。
【Abstract】 According to rooting ratio of different pretreatment solution and their concentration,soil substrate,hormones and their concentration,a summery was concluded that different pretreatments had significant influence on Leucadendron salicifolium propagation.Using perlite or vermiculite plus turves as cutting substrate,together with 500 mg/L or 800 mg/L of NAA had the highest rooting ratio.The difference of rooting ratio between different pretreatments was not remarkable,but obvious compared with control.70% ethanols,0.5% potassium permanganate and 800 times of carbendazims might use as pretreatment solution.500 mg/L or 800 mg/L of NAA had similarly good rooting effect.The research had practical significance for resource protection and propagation for both Leucadendron and some local species.
