【摘要】 本文在前人研究基础上,重点关注政治资源及商业模式的相关性如何影响出生于小城市优秀民营企业的总部选址决策,并通过构建政治资源、商业模式与民营企业总部选址的研究模型,采用案例研究方法探寻其中的理论规律。研究结果表明,政治资源的可获得性、企业家政治资源回避思维、商业模式的政治资源优化性以及商业模式的政治资源关联性分别对民营企业总部选址决策产生了实质性的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The importance of political resources to corporate survival and development has a direct impact on the headquarter location decision of private enterprise.The relevance of corporate business model and political resources further strengthen the effect of political resources to private corporate headquarter location decision.As the mainstream theory of business location,location theory refers to institutional and policy factors which impact on the business site selection,but the status of political resources as an important factor in location theory is not making clear.Based on the previous studies,this paper focuses on how the political resources and correlation with business model affects the headquarter location decision-making of outstanding private enterprises born in small cities,and tries to establish the status of political resources as an important factor in location theory.In order to achieve this purpose,this paper constructs a research model of private corporate headquarter location decision,which included political resources and business model as the contributing factors.The research selects eight companies as the object of study,and then uses cross-case study method to explore the function of political resources and business model to the headquarter location decision of private enterprises.The research results show that:the special political environment in the period of China’s economic transformation created substantially different political resources between different regions and governments at different levels,which forced private enterprises to consider relocating their headquarters in order to chase political resources conveniently,so they had to make the best location choice in different regions.The relevance of corporate business model and political resources determined the significantly different ways of private enterprises obtain political resources,it caused that:those enterprises which highly dependent on the local political resources were difficult to make a relocation decision of corporate headquarter;those enterprises with high political resources optimization capability will be driven by the pursuit of political resources to make headquarter relocation decision;those enterprises with inconspicuous connection between political resources and business model would rather be "hermit" in metropolis and relocate their headquarter location decisions of private enterprises.更多还原
