交联羧甲基魔芋葡甘聚糖对Fe(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附行为研究

【摘要】 研究了交联羧甲基魔芋葡甘聚糖(Crosslinked carboxymethyl konjac glucomannan,CCMKGM)对Fe(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附行为。用FTIR和RAMAN对吸附产物进行表征。结果表明,CCMKGM主要以配位的形式吸附Fe(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅲ);吸附在60min内达到平衡,遵从二级动力学方程,其中Cr(Ⅲ)较好地符合粒子内扩散模型;pH对吸附量影响较大,适宜范围为3.0~7.0;CCMKGM对Fe(Ⅲ)的吸附行为符合Langmuir方程,而对Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附行为符合Freundlich方程,其最大吸附量分别为2.7mmol/g和2.2mmol/g(298K);吸附为自发的、吸热的、熵增加过程。CCMKGM对Fe(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附具有吸附容量大、适宜pH范围宽、再生性好等特点,有望将其作为吸附剂用于污水处理及铁和铬的形态分析。

【Abstract】 Crosslinked carboxymethyl konjac glucomannan(CCMKGM) was prepared,and its static adsorption properties for Fe(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅲ) such as pH,kinetics and isotherm were investigated. The structure of adsorption products were characterized by the FTIR and RAMAN. CCMKGM adsorbed Fe(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅲ) mainly by complication. The adsorption equilibrium can be reached within 60min and adsorption followed second-order kinetic equation,the intraparticle diffusion model also well described the adsorption of Cr(Ⅲ) on CCMKGM. There was significant of pH on adsorption,the appropriate pH range was 3.0~7.0. The experimental data fit well into the Langmuir model for Fe(Ⅲ) and Freundlich model for Cr(Ⅲ) ,and the saturation capacities of adsorption were 2.7mmol/g for Fe(Ⅲ) and 2.2mmol/g for Cr(Ⅲ) ,respectively. The adsorption is a spontaneous endothermic process of increased entropy. Based on such advantages as wide pH range,high capacity and well regeneration,CCMKGM is expected as a potential adsorbent for removing of heavy metal from wastewater and species of Fe(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅲ) .
