【摘要】 职业教育实训基地是职业教育实施的关键,而近年来开放实训中心的共享问题正越来越受到关注,本文在对开放实训中心内涵的阐释以及在服务范围和功能拓展方面的特性分析的基础上,对我国开放实训中心在共享方面的问题及制约因素的深入研究,提出了构建开放实训中心共享机制的措施,为职业教育在技能培养、服务社会等背景下进行资源共享的机制构建提供参考性意见,为最大限度实现开放实训中心资源共享、寻求更为有效的组织方式和运作模式。更多还原
