隔膜法烧碱蒸发系统冷却工艺的改造
Improvement on cooling technology in diaphragm caustic soda evaporation system
【摘要】 在隔膜法烧碱蒸发工序浓碱冷却工艺中,采用螺旋板式换热器替代列管换热器,并由立式安装方式改造为卧式后,碱中盐质量浓度由平均4.4 g/L降为3.6 g/L。
【Abstract】 The salt content of caustic soda is reduced from average 4.4 g/L to 3.6 g/L by replacing the vertical tubular heat-exchanger with a horizontal spiral-plate heat-exchanger in the cooling process of concentrated caustic soda in diaphragm caustic soda evaporation production.
