高安筠州大桥主桥施工控制技术
Technology for Construction Control of Gao’an Junzhou Main Bridge
【摘要】 钢管混凝土拱桥在施工中进行多次体系转化,单元数量、截面组成逐步变化,是一种复杂的高次超静定结构,其施工控制难度较大。文中以高安筠州大桥为例,介绍了施工中所采取的控制原理和方法,对影响施工控制误差的主要因素进行了分析,并对施工加载程序中关键工况进行了结构安全检算,可为类似桥梁提供参考。
【Abstract】 Concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge is conducted multiple system transformation in construction,with element quantity and section composition gradually changing,which is a complicated redundant structure with larger control difficulty in construction.With Gao’an Junzhou Bridge as the example,this paper introduces the control principle and method in construction,analyzes the main influence factors on construction control error,and carries out structural safety verification for the key conditions in construction loading procedure,which may be a reference for the similar bridges.
