【摘要】 自公安机关开展集中处理群众信访问题活动以来,治安系统各部门积极行动,分析研究解决问题的对策。据统计,在群众的信访问题中,办理治安案件引发的信访问题占了公安机关信访案件的很大比例。因此,分析因办理治安案件引发信访问题的原因、制定相应的工作措施,对于进一步规范治安部门执法行为、加强办案指导、从源头上减少信访问题的产生具有现实的指导意义。更多还原
