【Abstract】 The harmonious society is a society of rule by law in essence.To develop socialist democracy,public participating in legislation is indispensable.In this article,the author holds that the construction of harmonious society needs public participating in legislation urgently,at the same time,public participating in legislation plays an important role in the construction of harmonious society in such aspects as strengthening democratic legislation,promoting rule by good law,advancing civil consciousness,coordinating interests and supervising power of state.更多还原
