烟草缓释肥微囊粒子制备及应用研究——混合成囊法

【摘要】 以K2SO4为原料,采用混合成囊法制备了缓释肥微囊粒子(D粒子)。混合成囊法制备的微囊缓释性好,有效成囊率高(大于90%),囊心有效成分含量高(大于95%),工艺简单,成本低廉。试验结果表明,缓释肥处理比常规施肥处理产量和产值分别提高了15.3%、13.2%,差异达极显著水平。

【Abstract】 The slow release fertilizer microcapsule D particle is prepared by mix embedded microcapsule method with the K2SO4 as material.The results show the microcapsule with good released characteristic, higher yield(more than 90%),higher effective ingredient content of microcapsule body(more than 95%), and simple processing technology of lower cost.The output and production value with the application of the slow release fertilizer treatment are increased 15.3%and 13.2%respectively,compared with those of the common fertilizer treatment,with the significant differences.
